Refund Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for WCAG Audit Pro.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle manages payment processing, billing receipts, tax handling, and refund operations for purchases made through Paddle checkout.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be approved for accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, technical issues that prevent normal use, purchase made in error, or the plugin not working as materially described.
If a refund is approved, your WCAG Audit Pro access may be deactivated.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country. If local law gives you stronger refund or withdrawal rights, those rights will apply.
How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, use the refund or support link in your Paddle receipt, or contact Paddle buyer support.
You may also contact us at edicarlos.lds@gmail.com and include the email used for purchase, Paddle transaction or receipt ID if available, and the reason for the refund request.
Non-Refundable Cases
To the maximum extent permitted by law, refunds may be declined in cases of fraud, refund abuse, license sharing, public resale of license keys, or other violations of our Terms of Service.
